4. Physical Product Returns

4.1 Return Process

To return a physical product:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from our team
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all included materials
  5. Include the RA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the item to the return address provided by our team

Live workshop registrations can be refunded up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop date. Refunds requested within 7 days of the workshop are subject to a 25% administrative fee.
